Should i worry? (leaf issue)

Overall the plant looks fairly healthy. It had a rough start so it's only about 3 inches tall after a month, but the root system is already huge and it's about 4 inches wide.

Anyway on of the new leafs, the main top leaf, has a strange abnormality. The top 1/2, from the middle to the tip, seems to be almost...flat? The ridges (interveinal) areas usually gain some depth, but this one leaf wont gain any interveinal depth and it's really flimsy and thing. Any ideas?

What kind of soil and nutrients are you using?

im using premier pro mix. i water every 3 days. im just starting to do 1/4 ferts every other watering. the last 3 waterings have had ferts at 1/6 because i had to kick start it after it's horrendous first two weeks in shit soil

I would pH my water to 6.5 and flush the plants well, then after two days I would give them 1/2 nutrients until they look strong again then go to full strength after a month.

To me your plants are growing slow and need more nutrients, due to incorrect pH or Not enough nutrients?

I give my 2 week old plants that are started from seed half nutrients and they thrive.
