should i use: Light mover + one 1000w/HPS/MH ---- or two 600 watts?

Hey all, I'm still in the FINAL process of making the decisions for my grow room.

First of all, let me run my plan by you so you can understand it a little better. I am going to be using a 4'x8'x8' room and am going to have 12 plants in the total area.
My original plan was to have two Stationary 600 watt HPS lights, with air cooled hoods.

Now I remember reading something on here where if you have a light mover, you can potentially do the same grow as with two lights. I wanted to know if this was true.

I was looking at light movers and they are cheaper to buy one Supped up 1000 watt light set up and a light mover than it is to but two 600 watt lights with air cooled hoods.

So myquestion is, with a 1000 watt on a light mover vs. two stationary 600 watts, which would be better efficiency?

I am new to this so I also had a few other questions.

With a light mover how do you tell how fast to have it moving? and how much light should each patch of 4x4 recieve daily? If you anything about this PLEASE TELL ME, or if you know of any threads already started with a tutorial on this that would be great.

But yeah, what's your opinion on a two stationary 600 watt light set up vs. a light mover and 1000 watt set up

I'd get the 2 600W lights, 2 lights are always better than one.. and air cooled hoods are fucking amazing, specially when your tops are getting a little higher than you thought.. you can still keep your plant like 3-4 inches from the glass with no probs.

In my opinion light movers are still in the early stages of being tampered with and played with, getting the 2 600W lights are almost fail proof, and you wont have to worry about what you don't know.
Big downside to 600W lights I have heard is that originally companies mainly made lights in either 400 or 1000W's, 600W is a new addition which is why everything is almost more expensive for 600's.

But yea, in comparison... 1000W vs 1200W, air cooled hoods vs light mover.... 600's prevail. more lumens, more sexy buds.
