Should I Transplant?

I have this plant in a white bucket type thing (posted picture of a similar one but the one i have is white) i found the plant in a park and it was already about 2ft tall but i had to get it out of there right away and thats the first thing i had. Its filled like half way with the same soil it was growing in while in the park and its doin really good it grew close to another foot already by now. I was wonderin if i should transplant it into the ground or just keep it in what i have it in now. Its starting to bud already too. I just feel like it dosent have enough soil.


Putting it into the ground might kill it from shock is what im worried about, but if it survives it could grow alot bigger and produce a much bigger yeild?

Any advice?, im still learning alot about growing so any help would be nice. Thanks!

that buckets fine...i use a five gallon bucket about 3/4 the way full of dirt
