Should i transplant

There are 10 days old but growing roots like crazy should i

Try to include pictures when you make posts here if you can. If the roots are filling the current container/plug then yeah you can transplant. Should you is really up to you.

I would leave them a bit longer but I'm far from a pro..my opinion start in one and finish in another transplanting more is not necessary

No need to apologize. Those are looking really nice. I would give it a few more days and then transplant. You should see more white roots twirling around. I like how you did the clear cup inside the non-clear cup lol that is cool.

Transparent cups!!!!!!!!!! Why didn't I think of that lol. Great idea. Will be doing that from now on. Lol. I would wait a few more days, you want a nice strong wrap around of roots. Also I wait until the soil is dry to transplant, and I wait thats its a feeding day.

Personally, Using bb light mix, I germ in solo cups and trans to 3 ltr pots at 1 week. Keeps taproot looking.

With other plants and cannabis I usually let the root structure build a but more. You just don't want them circling on top of each other.
