Should I stop worrying

I had spidermites, on almost all of my vegging plants a few weeks ago. After killing a few and then spraying the rest with soapy water, like a shit load of soapy water. The few that are still alive are starting to come back to life and show new growth. I have a Hot shot no pest strip even though I feel like that doesnt prevent anything. However I do find dead bugs in my room all the time. For example I always seem to have a mosquito eater in there, but in the morning I can always find its dead body. I try to bring spiders, like hunting spiders and lady bugs in from my outside garden as much as I can just becuase it helps me sleep at night. The thing is when I moved my J-1, papaya, ak-49 and black russian outside, the mite problem seemed to stop. Like I dont see the mite damage anymore and Im wondering if its because I have a garden with lots of herbs and veggies growing.

In my vegging room I always look for mite damage to my leaves now, and since I just picked up about 7 different clones Im very cautious. For the last few days I have seen a few leaves in my humidity dome show signs of mites. I cut the leaves off and put them in bleach. (to kill all eggs and mites). And spend the morning checking all 29 clones for mites, I found 1 mite, like I saw it and killed it with my finders, and sprayed all undersides of the clones with water for a few seconds until they were dripping. I have not seen any more damage to any other plants, or seen anymore mites.

I know the eggs can hatch and then I could be fucked but if I keep looking for them every day, cleaning and cutting off damaged leaves (when they appear) should I be fine?

I have honestly lost sleep over this, my veg room is right next to my flowering room and I have 6 plants in full flower with only weeks left.

Any advice would help (ie companion plants , sprays , or sents to repel the mites.)

Neem oil as a soil drench and foliar spray.

Those HotShot no pest strips work but to be most effective turn off your circulation and ventiltion fans during light out for a couple days. Kind of fumigate your grow area, if you are sucking a lot of air through they are not as effective.

my lights are on 24 hours and the stip is infront of my intake , my outtake is allll the way at the top so I image it does a pretty good job doing what it needs to do.

Mites reproduce like mad. There can be several generations in a few weeks. So, you need to continue to treat your crop for at least two weeks. Neem is mad effective, I suggest you get some. It kills adults as well as suppress their function, including egg laying. It also happens to kill eggs.
Keep up whatever your method for a long time, do not relent or they will be back, I promise you.

EDIT: Neem will not adversely affect your plants. You need to mix it with a surfactant to get decent distribution.
