Should I start planting?

So i've got 24 seeds germinating right now for the past 36-40 hrs so far and about 5 have popped and 2 of which have a taproot that's about half an inch long already. Should I start planting these one by one as they're ready or should I wait for all of them to germ before starting to plant?

I wanted to wait because the other 19 have yet to pop, wasn't sure if I should be planting them all at the same time or as they start popping one by one, that's all.

plant them asap or theyll drown

if u leave then the ones that have popped they may get to long and hard to handle or the tap root may dry out if unlucky.
