Your growing outdoors?
Id remove them. Normally id suggest leaving them and letting them fall of naturally, but the benefit of added airflow is likely more beneficial to you at this point than keeping a few half dead leaves around.
If the leave doesn't fall or or come off with almost no force, then the plant is still utilizing whatever nutrients are left in it. But outdoors, with the possibility of pests and powdery mildew, your likely better off just removing the leaves that are on their way out anyway... allows more airflow, and gets rid of what would become decaying matter from your plant
