should i feed plants after transplanting?

I was wondering if it is a good idea to feed my plants any nutrients after they have just been transplanted into bigger pots? It says on the compost bag to water it but not sure whether to add nutrients?
My plants are in the flowering stage, i have to re-pot them as they have outgrown thier pots.
Also should the soil be wet when removing them from the pots?

no you shouldn't.just give them a good watering with pure water(no nutes). Peace.Cheetah

I always use a root stimulator after transplanting to ease the stress and shock. Seems to always help them recover way faster. The product I use is called Green Light root simulator and starter solution.

yeh,i agree with bigballin,but i use a hesi root stimulator instead,,,,,,
