Should I defoliate so the tops can get more light?

Should i take off some fan leaves from the outer 2 plants so the tops can get some light? I know the tent is rough, thankfully I ordered me a new with the black friday deals on Amazon.View attachment 5231064

No picture but defoliation is just not necessary. Especially early.

Take leafs when plants are too thick for light to reach the inner tops .
