SHOULD I BUY THIS HPS NEED ADVICE RIU! pics included!!!!

ok i need some help well im looking to buy a 400w hps well i checked out craigslist and came across this 400w hps for 80 bucks it has a built in ballast with bulb included like its a steel for 80bucks but how good are built in ballasts are they good or are they crap, and i found this other one a 300w hps lol yes a 300w hps never heard of em before but i talked to the dude and he said it was a 300w but hes asking for a 100 for it and that one has a regular ballast and hood bulb included to so i want your advice people which one should get give me your oppinons thanks every one need to know A.S.A.P. because i was gonna pick it up tomarrow.

Matching ballast kit also from same place, and then all you need is a cheap hood or you can get an air-cooled hood for better heat reduction.

^yup. Unless your using an AC to cool down that hood, it will be too hot. Built in ballasts are more for warehouses with high ceilings and such where having remote ballasts would be a pain.

yeah get a remote ballast, much easier to keep cool
