Should I be worrying?

Hello all!
I am in the middle of my first grow which has been going extremely well so far up until this moment! The ladies are now in their second night of flowering and unfortunately the light got turned on for a very short period of time (basically turning on very quickly then off, with the remaining dim afterglow of the light bulb on it for a few minutes) . I don't have tons of experience and I thought I would be better of asking on here then just feeling helpless. I am wondering if the ladies are in serious danger of in switching sexes on me from this short exposure. Should I be worrying?! And if so is there any real way to reverse a hermie. I really do appreciate nay help.

dont worry about it atall dude it takes a good half hour or so for the plant to even strart photosynthesis , i literally interupted the cycles of my plants thousands of times and never had a hermie , ive even erft my lights off for 3 days whilst i was in the police cells ,whilst it was 4 or 5 weeks in flower , didnt harm it one bit , just carried on as normal .
