should i b wooried??

i'll post a pic in the mornin cos my bbys r sleepin right now but i my week old seedlins r stretchin out??? im doin my 1st grow on a very tight budget.... (this is only for 2 more days) they r under an 11w cfl there bout ab inch nd a half to 2 inchs away from the bulb.... still only got 1st set of leaves but they nerly 4 inch tall???? am i just bein paraniod??????

Sounds strechy Lower the lights to one inch.

i would put an 11w light right on the plant, 1/2 an inch or if its as cool as im thinking, right on it, you are going to need about 125w for a 3 ft plant. good luck man!
