Should I add extra dark if lights left on during flowering?

My lights stayed on for extra 3 hours during 12/12.

Due to go off at 7.30, but timer got bumped and stayed on. It was 10.30 ish when I found out.

Should I skip the next lights on cycle and keep in darkness for 36 hours OR add extra hour or two. So lights go on at 8.30 or 9.30 OR just continue as is and continue 7.30 am - 7.30 pm on hope no herm?

3 hours isn't gonna herm your plant lol. Just carry on as usual.
 
Don't do anything.

Those few hours won't make a difference and keep to your usual shedule
