I'm building a 11x17 shed to grow in. I don't want to poor a slab because of the cost. I don't really want to build a subfloor because it's a pain. My other shed I built as a work shop has 12" concrete tiles leveled over gravel and sand.
Do you see any moisture concerns or bug concerns using concrete tiles? There will be a very small gap about 1/16th to 1/8th of an inch between each tile. Sand sits between these concrete tiles to hold them in place.
I'm worried about critters and moisture. My other shed has this same set up and seems fine. But I'm not growing any herb in there.
Any thoughts?
