Day 20 today plants are healthy but my mid canopy seems a bit dense. I did a strip on leafs and lower stems before flower and they seemed ok with it. Worth stripping anymore or just see it out now? Cheers

Me personally, I would selectively defoliate that, yes. In fact somewhere in the 17-21 day flowering timeframe is when a lot of people do a plucking.

Are you referring to lollipopping - the cleaning out all of the LARF, light starved lower leaves and the small thin sucker branches that won't flower into anything useful?

Around Day 30(ish) of flower is when I give them that good lollipopping. That will really open up the middle of the plants and give you some better air flow to reduce mold potential. The plants also throw all of their growing energy into beefing up the top canopy instead of trying to keep a bunch of leaves and branches that won't produce anything alive.
