Welcome Fellow RIO Members,

Ive learned a lot over the last 6 weeks, DWC not for me ( cant keep temp lower then 75, Root having hard time).:!:

Ive build Two ebb and flow system loving it so far.

  1. [*=center]12 Gallon Rez + 4 bucket
2. 2 Gallon Rez + 12' x 24' x 6' tray
But we will get to them later

DAY 0 ( 2/12/13 4:00pm EST)


Took 3 Cuttings from one my Strawberry Diesel witch going to be my Mother if her roots make it :(

  1. [*=center]Went 3 nodes down, cut the fan leaf and node away
    [*=center]Cut at 45 angle, close to the 4th node
    [*=center]Quickly scraped ever so genital the bottom of the stem, Then Right in the the cloning gel it goes for 30 sec, Wiggled it around in there.
    [*=center]Cut little up the center of the stem and back in to Gel for a sec,
    [*=center]Then in to Neoprene Disks in my cloner(off)
Repeated Step 1-5 for each clone

Misted the Humidity dome and clones with 5.8 ph water
After about 10 min, I turn on my pump 1 Min on 4 Min off
Water ph at 5.8 and ppm 150
2tsp Rapid start / 5 gallons

DAY 1 ( 2/13/13 9:00am EST)

They Look Great IMO, Little sad but that expected with new clones
Water was at 6.3Ph I adjusted to 5.8ph and 150 Ppm

( 2/13/13 12:00pm EST)
ph 6.3, I dropped to 5.9
Look the same still happy

Ill Keep updating each day when I check on my Plants, Hope to get some subscribers. So please come back and check it out.
Also Any comment or advice is welcome

Ph going from 5.8-6.2 (Im adjusting couple times a day)
140 Ppm
They are looking 100 times better then my first and 2nd attempt at cloning
Still no root but that's a duh:lol:

This Tread has gotten 145+ views but not even a comment?

ph been keep at 5.8-6.0
the ppm was 200, but i added back 2 gallons its at 180
(Should i do a rez stop? Maybe ill just add other gallon or two)
NOTE TO SELF
(Need to add a water level tube on the tub)
The Bottom Leaves started to yellow
(was told that when root are starting)

Over-all still the best clone attempt

First batch rooted in about 7 days
2nd batch rooted in 14 days
Im excited to see when they pop roots, Im thinking in a day or so...

I was think keeping in cloner until roots got 2-3 inch long then ill move them into my Veg EBB and flow table
Starting them at 0-4-8 Lucas formula and bump them up over a week or two (what you guys think) to 0-8-16
Then after they are at full 0-8-16 i was planning on vegging them for 3-4 week or until there about 2 feet tall.

And ill check out ur journal, THanks bro

So for the past couple of days I guess my timer was only runin for 15sec on and 4 min offi fixed it so it's

bows at 1min on 5 min off
