Sexing plants

I know the whole white hair versus little balls for male and female, however, since I've tried to take 20 pictures and not a single one can be focused for some reason I can't post them.

Anyways just below where the white hairs come out, it has white hairs, but then it also looks like little teeny weeny balls growing upwards as well.

I was wondering if the white hairs come out of these very small balls or is it hermied. I cant find a pic of a very early staged hermie to compare to. Can anyone help out?

White hairs come out of a banana-looking structure which eventually turns into a teardrop shaped structure.
