setup help please!!!!

ok...i have a storage closet on my back patio 2 stories off the ground that i can access thru my closet inside my home....ask and ill tell but its complicated kinda...anyways...there is 8'by3' of space to work with...my state is always sunny so would i need to worry about anything of that nature because its kind of outside? heres the kicker..im using a topsy turvy...now i dont necessarily want my plant to vine so should i put my bulbs toward the floor since it will be hanging from the ceiling? second im using these bulbs:

• now will i need anything special with these lights? and can i use a dryer ventilation tube for indoors for my ventilation system? its like a big tube with a fan in it... last question...can i run my power supply from some sort of battery i/e a car battery or electricians battery? please help!

Is there a reason you're using a topsy turvy? It's been proven that they dont work as well for MJ as soil growing up. Use the search feature if you dont believe me.

I assume you have a ballast for the light, and have a good inline fan to vent out the heat from the grow room. Dryer ventilation tube works fine, but the fan inside is a booster fan; not meant to move static air, which is where the inline fan comes in. And no, you cannot use a car battery to run a grow room.
