setting up first grow tent

hi im setting up my first grow tent and would like some input on stuff to use like fans and such.

I will be using the dark room dr240 its dimensions are 94.8" wide x 94.8" deep x 79" tall "about 8x8".

I will be using a hydrofarm radiant 8 reflector http://www.4hydroponics.com/lighting/radiant8acLum.asp

with a Xtrasun 1000w HPS/MH ballast

what i need help with is what fans to get.

i need to know what size fan will work for exhaust while connected to a charcoal filter, and what size ducting.

i need to know what fan to get to suck all the hot air from the reflector. the reflector has a 8 inch flange but im hoping to use duct reducers and get the ducting down to 4 inchs if possible for the ducting.

thats all i can think of for right now, can anyone help with this? Thanks.

Please join the new social group (Tent Tech) hopefully it will take off and we can get the info we desire quicker. I'm trying to set up a 24x48x60 size tent set up but havent found much in the line of( how too) info or what to buy and in what order. iv been wing 'in it trying to get my equipment based on pics from google and reading every post concerning tent grows but I feel I might end up with a half ass set up unless I find a good solid source or create one.
