Setting up closet, need advice on custom lighting (detailed spectrum info included)

Setting up a closet for a 3 plant grow. I'm trying to make do with what I have light wise.

Dimensions are 140cmx55cmx205cm. I have 2x 4" carbon filters, 2x5" exhaust fans and required reducers. I can mount the fans in the roof and vent. I have a large amount of auxillary lights laying around, and heaps of e27 splitters.

In the centre I'll have 4x full spectrum e27 leds Hooked up to a 4 way e27 splitter, 8" diagonal spacing. Stated 120w, actual power draw 23w. They are made up of 54x6500k, 42x3000k, 72xred (620-670nm), 6x blue and 6x 730nm IR LEDs each. Total of 92w. I've tested one at 12" with a ppfd Meter in a 60x60 tent and got a reading of 147umol/s, and they are rated 6000 lumen.

I have 2x 2 way e27 splitters (100mm spacing) that will sit even spaces between to fill out the coverage, and they will have 10w actual, 50w rated sunlikes, 66x 2800k LED, 6x460nm and 6xIR 730nm, for a total of 40w.

There will 2x8w actual 200led (166x630nm, 34x450nm) lamps built into each 205x55cm side wall at 30" and 42" heights.

Total of 164w, with mixed spectrum, and good distribution. All three hanging sockets can be raised and lowered from floor to 120cm.

My main concern is the large amount of IR. Most 100-200w LEDs only have 2-4 730nm diodes, where this setup has 48 IR diodes over a relatively small 0.77m² area. Is this complete IR overkill?

My second concern is air intake when sealed up/lights off. They are roller doors, but well sealed and heavy. I have installed rubber seals for light sealing, but worried thus will baffle any air intake coming in. Will there be adequate airflow, or should I cut a hole in one of the doors for intake and duct it so light doesn't get in? I do have small smart dehumidifier/purifiers/evaporative coolers for basic humidity and temp control.

Cheers for any help with the lighting. Here's a few pics of the lights.

The 23w full spectrum, have four.

The 10w full spectrum, also have 4.

All in all, how much better of would I be buying something like a mars SP 150 and throwing the 4x23w e27s in as extra coverage for roughly 230w, compared to using all the lights I have here? Will this setup have adequate coverage?

You would certainly be happy with a small mars hydro or spider farmer unit in there. Then use those existing lights as supplementary. SF-2000 would be fantastic in a space that size.
