So I was in Home Depot yesterday getting some supplies and I came across an insulation product made by Frost King. Here is a link, picture and specs- Thermwell 12 In. x 15 Ft. x 1/8 In. Self-adhesive Foil/foam Duct Insulation http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&productId=100028603&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&PID=500871&cm_mmc=CJ-_-nextag-_-D26X-_-100028603&cpncode=20-46495187-2&AID=10368321&cj=true&srccode=cii_9324560 .

So my question is, is has anyone ever lined there veg and grow room with this product? I think it looks great as far as its reflective properties and It looks really easy to install. However in all the research that I have done everything says to stay away from foil so this is why I am asking the experts. I am a first time grower and I don’t want to mess anything up your responses are greatly appreciated.

yea, if it's cheap use it, just make sure you pull it as tight as possible, so there's no crinkles in it and you should be fine

A 100 ft. roll of double sided poly isn't too expensive.

I don't see a problem with your product as long as it is installed properly (no crinkles).
