Set up Help! Opinions Needed!

Thanks to the great state I live in, I am now ( with 2 cards in the family) authorized to grow 24 plants. I have only recently started to grow and know enough to get by....heres my questions.

SoG set up, 24 plants:

1. How many lights do I need? Veg I will do MH and Flower HPS....would 2 MH 600w and 2 HPS 600w be sufficient, overkill, or not enough? Im going to the store and only want to go once and get it right.

2. What size grow space should I use for 24 plants? I am not limited but want to be effecient. Obviously, this ties into question 1.

well IMO i would use 2- 3 1000 watters hordilux superblue a bedroom size would be good with proper ventilation an exhaust

I have a bedroom to use in its entirety. Ill be setting up ventilation....I should also tell you I will be using an ebb and flow set up. Do I need to go as big as 1000w? If I have to I will. Didnt know it was neccessary in a SOG set up....thanks for the help.
