set-up filter question little help needed

I've been reading thru for awile and have seen them go both ways on exhaust ventaltion
Would this filter....

be installed on "intake" or "discharge" side of
the blower (small squire cage on the side of 3.5' dresser)


Also what is the equivelant of a
1 Gal container and
how ever many inches (round) pot for planting (average from Homeless D-pot)

The filter should be installed on the intake side. Ideally, it should be placed high inside your growroom so that it sucks out as much heat as possible.
