Serious leaf curling gorilla glue auto, what's the cause?

ggauto1.jpghi, so this is a first for me. when this gg auto first started she had nitrogen tips dipping on the leaves and also some discolored pigments super early. i chalked it up to genetics or the soil. Not much I could do about the soil so I let it ride. She grew strong and solid. I really had to lst and tie her in various spots. Anyway, even with the tips dipping (but only about 25%) she went into flower. I'm about 2 - 3 weeks in and just started to get this extra hard curl on two branches so far. Seems to be spreading.

3 gallon pot, soil
just gave first flowering nutes
water ph is 6.4, only water when the pot is light/dry

Any idea what is causing this super curl? I'd had to lose this beauty. Thanks in advance!
 
What nutrients, feed schedule, ppm/ec, pH of feed mix, temps, rh, lights? More info is better.
 
Nutrients are only one dose of fox farm bloom, no veg nutrients
I did give one dose of calmag 1-0-0
temps are highish, 80 f or so
light is a 600w Bestva
I have good air flowing through the room, but not super strong, circulating
The curling started with the branch closest to the light, but are 16 inches away
soil is a mix of 50/50 fox farm and roots organics

Even with the weird color leaves right from the start, the plan looked super strong. The main stem is probably the thickest I've ever had indoors

It's notably spreading now. Within 2 hours I'm seeing more leaves turn inward and down hard like the picture. some leaves just turning inward even on lower branches much farther from the light
 
Did you ever flush your soil?
Nitrogen toxicity makes leaves "claw" and turns plants dark green...

I have flushed since day one actually. The down tips or mini claws were evident during mid veg. So i flushed a few times. It really feels like nitrogen but could the soil hold that much for that long? Also, leaf color is not super dark...normal looking color.
 
A bit of an update and question. I seemed to have stopped the super curling by straight, heavy flushing. Some of the super curled leaves even started to straighten. Recovery was a few days.

But, this best keeps getting more bushy by the day. I have some branches below that look like they are coming from a brand new plant. Still flowering but growing straight up from the stem.

Anyway, lots of green stuff, buds slowed growing since flush. The pot is obviously too small but I'm stuck with it. If only those buds would start to grow and fatten. No trichs yet. It's the typical first signs of nitrogen toxicity, leaf tips curling down. You either need to feed less frequently or reduce the feeding strength.

I typically feed 150-325ppm (0.3-0.65 EC) in containers from start to finish. Good luck with your grow!

Weird thing is I fed no N at all and only flower nutes lightly a couple of weeks in. I think the soil was hot. The seedling busted out strong, weird early leaf colors like pigments and it's by far my largest indoor auto to date.
 
Interesting update...maybe. So I did some lower half trimming after I seemingly flushed out the N to give more energy to the tops and there are a lot of tops. Problem is now, I have super slow growth on her flowers and even some paling (which drives me nuts after fixing darkening from N). On normal feeding, getting good drainage. I may be a little close to the light since the pale green is coming from the leaves in direct light (not necessarily the closest). So, everything seems to be on hold with one of the many flowers below showing a little browning on the ends of the pistils. I'm going to ride it out but this is an "auto". I'm thinking of flipping to 12/12 to see if I get a reaction. Thoughts? I would say i am now about 5 weeks into flowering at least with very little trich production or smell. Definitely feels like a stall

These pics are of just one plant, so yeah, so bushy...I had such high hopes. It's a gg auto from ILGM, PH still between 6.2 and 6.4, light on organic bloom nutes, 3 gallon pot, frog and roots organics soil with perlite mixed in.

It's a big plant for me indoors, stem around 1.5 inch in diameter.

Any thoughts?

I have the same thing with my gg4 photo about a week into flower it started. My plant has never had any issues and shows no sign of deficiencies, lockout, or nuts burn.

At first i freaked out thinking i gave it too much nitrogen so I started by Just flushing and no nutes. Didn't work so i went back to regular feedings. Now that I see your plant doing the same exact thing i think it's genetics. I'll post a picture in a few minutes
 
Also i have 3 gg4 and only the one is doing the curling so i do find it strange. 2 outdoors, one that was started indoors, moved outdoors for a few months and then went back indoors after I finished moving. The one curling was started indoors and moved outdoors. I mean i agree mostly but i flushed 2 weeks ago, only fed pure water and it's still happening. It's definitely weird that only 1 of mine is going it with the same feed, same soil, and up until 2 weeks ago all outdoors. Im not too worried about mine because n toxicity causes the leaves to turn yellow and die i believe once the claw starts. Im not 2.5 weeks into claw and I'm showing no signs of any type of issues besides the stange claw. Me personally there is nothing more i can do so I'm not going to worry about it which is the only reason I posted to op so he didn't worry too much. I just lurk

I definitely got N tox but the question is how. I gave zero veg nutes and used the same soil as other strains that have grown beyond expectations. I don't bother with veg nutes for autos. I usually get plenty of growth without. This is my first gg. It grew solid, strong, big and fast...probably because there was too much N in the soil already. The leaves were we'rd colored though right from the start, looked like dry areas mixed with healthy green. But it certainly grew

My clawed leaves are still super dark green. But now other parts of the plant are going pale green up top under the light. Some of the clawed leaves did recover and some actually kept the claw then turned up and curled upward on the tips! So weird

I think the combination of the N tox shock and pot being too small are contributing to where I am now (which is a LOT of super tiny buds with little trich production) going on 10 weeks. I'm going to ride this one out a few more weeks to see what happens. No room for others in this area with the size of this bush. I'll report back either way in case others go through the same.
