Seeking help with plant deficiencies

So I am in my 3rd week of flowering and beginning to see somewhat deficiencies in the leaves. Being a novice grower I do not know how to remedy the plants.
Any thoughts on what the cause could be? Hopefully the pics I attached are clear.

Grow medium is soil ( fox farm) under LED light 14inches above plants. Temp averages 80-82 F.

I’m hoping it’s nothing serious!

It looks like light burn . In picture 2 look at the edges of th leafs. They are curled and pointing up. That's a symptom of the light being too close.

Thanks. I have raised the lights! I was following the manufacture guidelines on height. Thanks for the input
