Seeds won't sprout

Hey guys I got some Grape Ape seeds from a guy, supposedly feminized. I had them in jiffy pots for almost 3 weeks and the still didn't sprout, so I dug them up and, I decided to try them in a paper towel first and see if that would help. Its been 3 days in the paper towel and they still haven't sprouted, anyone have any ideas? I love grape ape and I was really hoping to have some of my own!

How heavy did you water the seeds when they were in the soil?

It is time to give up on these seeds.. It sounds like they were too wet.

you might have waterlogged em a lil, dont be suprised if they turn black and rotten

next time germ em in a paper towl
