Seeds or Weed

After long time reading and reading the forums and many other guides about growing marijuana and stuff, I came to a recent conclusion that growing cannabis is quite expensive!!
And even if I actually invested in some equipment+seeds, I woulnt be able to grow more than 2 plants... Well all this to ask, if there is some safe site to buy weed safely, like nirvana is quite safe for seeds but for real weed, is there any?

I just posted in the "is it that hard" thread saying that I do 6 outside 6ft + plants for about $80.00..that includes vegging lights..(not needed)..its as expensive as you want it..you what to grow death weed and start a cartel..thats $$$$$..a few good quality plants for yourself is really quite cheap... safe.. Dr chronic, nirvana...etc
