Seeds in a cabinet HELP please! TEMP HELP!

So!! basically its in a cabinet and its a 3 chamber system. Im trying to grow 10 KC Brains seeds and its too hot. Its 84 degrees in this room.

3 chamber cabinet system , Lower chamber(Cracked open to receive 78 degree air), Middle(Plant chamber, has a fan pushing air from lower chamber to upper chamber and is still running at 85 degrees. Upper chamber(running at 78 deggrees).

3 holes on the bottom of the middle chamber, 2 holes on the upper roof of the middle chamber. Good temps in the roof and in the bottom chambers.

The chamber with the plants is running 85 constant. I can feel air being pushed up from the holes in the upper chamber.

The middle chamber is lined with mylar, If i take the mylar down would the temp decrease?

The light setup is : Two 2ft T5's in a 2x2 cabinet or (4sq. ft)
