seedlings?

I think i have dumb seeds. It looks like the root has pushed UP thru the rockwool. There is a white stem popping up and when I take a quick peek under the rockwool the seed is still where I put it. Has anyelse had this happen and if so is there anyway to fix it?

It can happen. Best way to fix it is not to fix it, just let it do what it wants to do and see what happens.

thanks for the info but do i keep them in the dark then?

When i am germinating seedlings i just put my light on it's normal cycle.

they naturally do this thats why they have a hook, they shoot up then back down and it hooks in to give more strength, not great to have come up so high generally means not enough holding seed in place so its moving up when growing
