seedlings

i have 4 seedlings which are about a 17 days old
they are 2 big haze
2 fl malonicas
they are currently under 2 energy savers have been since germinating
my question is if someone would could answer me is..
i have a 250 hps bulb which i use for flowering my plants and the cheese i have flowering will be completed soon can i put the 4 seedlings under the hps and start to flower them or are they too young?

i'd say depends on height of the plant and your space constraints. but i vegged and then flowered under a 400 w hps successfully
