seedlings yellowing HELP

my seedling are working on there second set of leaves. they were bright green but are now turning very yellow can anyone tell me what happening what im doing wrong. ive never had this problem before

ill try and get pics on no i havent fed them nutes just water i think i might have over watered them tho

probably over watered. How often are you watering?

i water when they dry out but i think i gave them too much the last few times

what should i do now they are starting to twist.

nothing u can do tbh just dont water sooooo much they only need a smidge

How many drain holes you got on those cups?

they should be fine imo lots of others do this then they back off the water then they go fine, will need nutes soon tho

have a bunch at the bottom and few on the sides.
