seedlings ready for transplant?

noober doober

I have 4 big band seedlings, approx 6 days from germ, all about 2" high with roots showing through the rapid rooters they are in. The local store talked me into buying roots organic soil but I've read it may be a bit much for seedlings and sort of wish I got a soiless mix. What do you guys think? I would be transplanting into 1gallon smart pots fwiw. I"m a total noob with this so all help is greatly appreciated.

p.s.
One of the plants has just keeled over to like a 45 degree lean. Looks okay besides that, should I just prop it up?

If the roots are showing, it's time to plant em. The leaner can be planted at a slight angle and gently firm the soil around the stem. Make sure to bury the pellets about 1/2" under soil so they don't wick moisture to the top.

Happy harvests.
