Seedlings look healthy at 12 days but not growing??

hey y’all.
about 12days ago I put the seeds straight into
Rockwool under 18/6 light and water ph’d to 5.5. They grew pretty fast up until 7 days (first pic).

first feeding was weak, 0.5ml of fish Fish fertilIzer split between all 4 at 7 days.

Day 9 some roots were coming out of the bottom for two of them, so I transplanted into a soil mix (1-1-1) that includes peat moss, humus, compost, perlite, and 7% blood meal. Watered.
Right now on day 12 and theyre still about the same size as when I transplanted (second pic).

Light I’m using is 600watts LED. Only have the “veg” light on, could be less than 600

thoughts?

Could be slight shock from transplant or they could just be concentrating on rooting out.

Your light wont be 600w or close to it. But they don't look unhappy or stretched so I would just be patient.

You don't need to be feeding them until the baby leaves start to fade as they can support themselves for a while and the soil should carry them along for a while too.

Thanks man. When do u suggest feeding them? Wait it out a couple more weeks?

If the baby leaves start fading then it means they are relocating that energy to new growth so that would be when to start feeding.

Couldn't give you a specific time because I don't know how long your soil will carry them along.
But you might find by then you will be repotting again and that adds more nutrients.

Its soil, you have to read your plants and roll with it.
