seedlings leaves pointing upwards ?

so i have master kush seedling that is about a week old but has only been growing properly for about 3 cause im multiple mistakes. but now the first set of proper leaves has formed and was fine but i checked yesterday and they was pointing up, not curling but just pointing straight up. i looked back again today and still the same.

is this bad ?

whats causing this ?

how do i fix this ?

can i put my seedling under the MH or is it too soon ?
