I do my runs in coco. So I feed the second day they pop. Only 150ppm though and basically just nitrogen magnesium and calcium. I use Remos calmag. Dont give them too much about 5-8mls.then slowly up your ppms to 200. When your roots are coming through the bottom transplant. Usually anywhere from 10-14 days for me then into 1 gal.
