your light is probly too high up, the plants stem streched and when it started growing good leafs, it toppled. i dont think these plants will grow well if they survive. you could build a mound of dirt around the stem for support ot tie it to a post. i would start over tho. next time keep your lights close to the plants and for a stonger stem you can have a fan blowing on them to simulate wind. whats your set up like?

use the soil to prop it back up and then just use a water bottle to mist it until its stem gets good and strong. Spray the soil too. Just try to avoid pouring water on the seedlings cause that can cause the soil to fall away from the stim and fall.

it in a way is a light problem.....his plants must be stretching too much which cant support the top yet. tie her up and get a fan on her asap

id just start over its only a week old so unless its some expensave feminized seed its not really that great of a loss. im pretty sure its a light prob because i thought back to my first grow/mess up. i had 1 cfl like a foot above my plant in a clost with little airlfow. within a few days i had to prop the stem up within a week i had like 10 in stems and tiny little leafs

the light is pretty close i dont think its that, it cud be th pouring water problem , i water evry night th rockwool cube gets very dry, the roots have not yet reachedthrough to oil , cheers lads
