seedlings and all i got is a 1000w light

Hey guys i have 5 lowryder autoflower seeds and all i have is a 1000w HPS light. Will this be safe to start them with?

Sure just keep the light 2 feet away or so and keep the temperature and humidity decent and you'll be fine. You don't want to drop the light as close as you would normally until it has a few full leaves and a good root system going.

My favorite drill is to expose my newly germinated seedlings to full sun, all day. Like the gent said, keep the light about 2' away and you should be fine.
