——-Medium——Seed born into rockwool then placed into hydroton at bottom
——Lights—— Sf-1000 at 50% at a distance of 17 inches
——Environment details —— Indoor grow, plenty of air and fan, temp stays between 65 and 78, clean kept
——Strain—— Auto orange bud by Dutch passion
——Age—— Planted into rockwool 12 days ago, sprouted from it 10 days ago
——Pot Size—- The rockwool cube is a 1 inch and when I placed it had plenty of white beautiful roots but I was being a freak and kept moving it because I was worried the rockwool was gonna sit in the water and get too drenched, I moved it carefully and when I placed it back I tried to take care not to damage any of the roots. However it was doing this before I even touched it. When I did take it out, the rockwool was still pretty damp, meaning im pretty sure my DWC bubbles was keeping it too moist——Nutrient line and schedule—— General Hydroponics trio and bloom city calmag- 200 ppm
——Watering volume—— My watering before I placed it into the DWC was near perfect as I was weighing it to calculate water loss and when to give water. When I placed it into the hydroton, I was being cautious to make sure I don't water the rockwool so as not to drown the plant and not stimulate it to grow roots down When I saw the bottom briefly, the roots looked white and plentiful, around 10 1-4 inch hairs coming out. When I placed it back into the dwc, it may have broke some, but I dont think so, which could of upset it further. However, I was as gentle as I could placing her back into the stones.
I also have hydroguard on the way and that should arrive tuesday which im hoping will help the plant.
Even if my plant is stunted 50% in the end I will be happy as long as it survives decently enough.
