Seedling shows genetic issues. Cull it?

Three photos here. Healthy plant with pencil. Same strain, but another seedling has some oddly shaped leaves, the nodes are not opposite, and they only branch along one axis. Space is limited. Does this like a definite discard?

No...it’s a few days old just let it grow yo. No such thing as perfection; each plant from seed is different even among the same lineage. Don’t toss a seedling just because it looks funny. Could be a great phenotype; can’t tell until you grow it out to finish.
