Seedling problem! (with pics)

This is what my autoflowering seedlings look like, 10 days after breaking through the soil (pics attached below).

Some of the plants look okay, but some have this odd wrinkling or twisting.

Things to keep in mind:
1. I'm growing soilless, 70% peat, 30% perlite/vermiculite.
2. I'm using CFL's, 250 watt ones and keeping them around 1-2 inches from the plants.
3. I gave my very first feeding yesterday (day 9) at 1/4 strength. These symptoms started BEFORE the feeding.
4. I've been very careful not to over water since I planted directly in 2 gallon pots. Didn't want to transplant 'cause they're autoflowering.

Based on my research, I may have under watered the plants, or there might be a heat issue, or a zinc deficiency (or other nutrient deficiency). Those are my top picks for what could be wrong.

It's only been a day since I started feeding, so if it helped the plants it'll be too early to tell after a day, I think.

Any ideas based on the photos?IMG_20150706_004427.jpgIMG_20150706_004433.jpg IMG_20150706_004438.jpg IMG_20150706_004504.jpg IMG_20150706_004555.jpg

First pic indicates the lights may be a little close... but other than that I'd agree with Final Phase; they look fine :)
