maybe the temps?? they look ok but I do see the curled leaves. might be the ffof is a bit strong for them,,,, not sure Make sure the ph of your water is 6.6 ,and the temps are 75-80 so water once a week I dout its an over water prob. what about under watering?

I don't think I'm overwatering or underwater cause I check top an bottom and I always water them with the ph at 6.3, temp is a 73 steady, but my rh is 16% I was thinking the FFOF is a bit too strong for them or too low in humidity

Ffof is a very hot soil to start seedlings in. If you prefer only FF then geta bag of light warrior. Personally I think you should have actual seed starter mix ed with light warrior and perlite at about a 1/3 each.

And what do you mean you feed 50ml like always. You shouldn't be feeding seedlings

Hard to see the plants with that LED light but looks to be too much nitrogen as the leafs are curling downwards and you say you are watering once a week. FFOF run's HOT for seedlings and should be FLUSHED (or do as LordRalh3 says and make a mix) before you plant your seeds/clones in them to prevent this problem. Also, they are WAY too young to be feeding them. I always wait until week 2-3 of veg from seed to start thinking about feeding them a LOW dose of nitrogen rich fertilizer

Given the latter point in the post, one would rather understandably take feed to mean water.

FFOF is a bit rough on seedlings and clones at first but they should acclimate with straight water ph 6.3-6.8. As far as RH at 16% goes, the leaves can get droopy due to them trasnpiring more moisture than the seedlings roots can uptake. Looks like your on the right track. A small cool mist humidifier, about $20, draws very little power, is silent, and should get it to 30-40% in there. Grow on my friend.

Humidifier would be good, 16% is low, and might be better off startin seeds in happy frog then transplant into ocean Forrest

Thank you guy and sorry guys water to me is like I'm feeding them. I'm not using any nute until they reach day 21 since a veg for 8 to 10 week I have 3 tent. 1 for seedling 1 for veg and 1 for flowering . I will consider using light warrior for seedling...

Fuck what a terrible pic, cant see shit. Need night vision goggles, I can see that they are too skinny, what are the temps? Also there is too much perlite looks like 2/3 fuckin perlite.

my plants look sad when humidity gets really low too. the past few times this super cold weather came in with the super dry air they got droopy a day or two.

also i would open the picture up with your PC and rotate the pic so we can see better.

NVG wouldn't help you much. Is it really that hard to set the focus on the plants? I've never understood how people can take a photo like this, or with an HID turned on, and actually think that uploading it would be of any use to the people answering the questions. I don't want that to sound like a bullish kind of comment Pinguino, but surely even you can look at the photo's you've uploaded and accept that they are worthless. Just turn the light off when you take them, it's not going to do any harm, and if you are that paranoid, then take the photo's when the lights go sleepybye.

I did everything in a rush I was leaving to work sorry for shitty pic
Don't fret man. But typically the better the picture, the better the help :) Worth bearing in mind next time you need help. Sooner is not always better. Will also help save on vague answers based on vague pictures and making you have to go through a plethora of answers trying to work out which are the accurate ones :) In this instance (we don't get FF soils in the UK so i can't advise there) the consensus seems to be the soil is too hot, but for future issues, you might get all number of contradictory answers because folk can't quite see what is actually up.
