Seedling leaves turning yellow and curling up. Need advice, please. With PICS.

Thanks. I had the CFLs about an inch away from their little tops at first then moved them about 2 inches away. They never stretched so I thought that was a good distance. Since I have moved the lights farther away, there hasn't been any more yellowing (hasn't been any less either). Maybe I will bring them up another inch or so. I just wish they would start growing again.

I am also feeding/watering 4 times per 24 hours. 3 times with lights on, once with lights off. Each sessions is 30 minutes. Should I back off to 3 times per 24 hours?
i am using coco drain to waste 7 gal pots, i run the drip 1 min 4x a day. the last watering is 2 hours before lights off. you want the root zone to be moist not wet. hth

Wow, that is much lower than what I am feeding. I will back off and see if that helps. Thank you!!

*Update*

There has been a little growth in the leaves but the roots look like they are shriveling up. Should I raise the water line so that the roots are in the water? Both plants have roots that are about 2 inches long but they have't reached the water yet. I could raise the water level so that the roots are in the water but I am not sure if this will help. Also my new leaves are kind of yellow. I am feeding 1/4 Nutes of GH Flora series. These plants are 15 days old (from sprouting). Also, my temps have been 82-88 the past few days. I am having a hard time keeping the temp down. I have been putting cups of ice in there but they I have to change them every hour or so. Are these guys too young for a little CO2?

Please Help! Roots are not growing. The 2 inches that were there are shriveling up. Should I raise the water line in the res so that the little roots are submerged? Will this help them grow?

Also, are these plants too young for a little CO2?

Leaves are continueing to yellow and very slow to grow. There has been no root growth either. I think they are hungry. I also dripped some clonex over the rockwool cubes. Does anyone have any comments or suggestions to fix these little ladies?
