My seedling have purple stems. Is this good or bad. The bottom leaves are turning yellow( the little round baby leaves) is this a different problem or are they connected?

You'll be fine. The cotlydons naturally die off. That's the little round leaves. How old are they? That purple will clear up when the plants get alittle older and you start your nutes.
