Hello everyone, I have six , 12-day old seedlings going pretty good under two Philips 13w 6500k cfls. The room temperature is about 18 celsius. I was wondering if it would be better to have a 40w incandescent floodlight pointing under the plants to heat up the soil. Or to even have any source of heat for the soil.
