Seedling deficiency’s

Hey,

I’m new to growing and was wondering if anyone can help me diagnose the problem with my seedlings. They are roughly 5 days old. I have them potted in pro mix and only feed with distilled water so far.

That’s not a deficiency, it’s caused by over watering. Seedlings need barely any water
