You can help it off but be VERY careful. Check out my grow in my signature. I got impatient and dug my seed up before it popped about ground. It was at a decent size so it took the seed shell off. The plant is doing very well now. But again, be VERY careful.
My seedling has been growing for a week, and the seed shell hasn't come off yet. Is this acceptable, or should I do something about this?
