seed yield confusion

I am new to this and am about to try for my fist time. I am confused about the amount of bud I will get off of my plants. The seed site (Nirvana) puts it in terms of grams per square meter if you are using sea of green. What should look to harvest if I am growing about 5 or 6 plants of big bud under a 1000 watt hps light given that I dont make to many mistakes? Any insight would be appreciated.

0 to a million the truth is there is no real way to tell.... likeyou said mistakes.. then theres room tempeture co2 watering feading air bugs diseases males hermies ect ect ect there are millions of thing that can happen betwean know and harvest theres no way to tell what the yeild will be till it happens

the yield they give is for 1 M squared with SOG(sea of green) im pretty sure
