Seed Worms!

I had never seen anything like this before. I was checking on my seeds germ progress and I noticed that the tap root looked bad...Upon further inspection it basically liquefied. I squeezed the seed to look at the remaining seed. The white innards squished out of the shell and began to squirm...ew. Anyway I have never seen anything like this before. Needless to say i disposed of them right away. Does anyone know what these may have been?

usually if you drown the seed in too much water they get mushy after they die, i dono about that squirm tho

There were white worms on the inside that liquidated the seed.
