If this order was from NirvanaShop , they are based in the Netherlands. ANY thing coming into the U.S. via the Netherlands will be extremely scrutinized. Most seed orders intercepted that I've seen on forums are mostly seeds coming out of the Netherlands. I ordered ONCE from AlienGroShop , a 5 pack order , they all came through but that was back in 2007 when I first started growing. I now order from between Seed Boutique in England, The Attitude also in England , or Mandala Seed Shop in Spain. I'll never chance any seed order coming out of any place in the Netherlands, just too risky compared to all other countries.
The Attitude is the only one that I know of that will guarantee delivery or they will resend but you have to pay a bit extra for the guarantee , around $10.00 tacked on to the international shipping. I've probably made the most orders from Seed Boutique, like 8 orders from them. I used Doc Chronic once but they sent me 3 out of 4 packs and it took an extra 3 weeks to get that last pack they shorted me on so I never ordered from them again. I've made 3 orders from Mandala Seeds and their stealth is the best I've seen but I don't like how they only take cash or wire transfer and plus only operate January thru June of every year. I've made 2 orders from The Attitude.
I've seen probably at least 10 seed orders in the last 4 years on forums that were intercepted coming from Nirvana. I've always gotten what I paid for. I don't know anything about Canada based seed companies. It's a real high risk gamble on Netherlands seed orders.
