Seed exchange?

Is seed exchange allowed on this forum?

That's a bummer..... There has to be an external site for something like this..... i get a little creeped out everytime i buy seeds from europe and it has to go through all the customs and come in here in a weird looking envoloupe.....it would be nice if we could find someone to drop one in a 40 something cent env from "joe smith". I mean strictly theoretically..... i don't think that is legal in most countries.... but im not sure..... because i know you can legally get cube spores sent to you in the US....

Yeah, well, oh well. I dunno, start a personals add or something...It would be nice to have some seed sharing centers, and i'm sure there's something like that somewhere, but I can only imagine it would be poorly regulated, if regulated at all. Then it's just good faith that you are recieving the genetics represented by the sender. Yeah, maybe a personals add, but not here on RIU cause it's against site rules.
